These exciting professional glazes produce dazzling special effects. Crystal tone Glazes are opaque gloss colours embedded with colour crystals that melt and run during the firing process. Each firing results in unique and magical flow patterns that depend on the shape of the ware and application of the glaze.

Basic Instructions
1. Mix well according to jar label instructions.

2. Apply 3 flowing coats to shelf cone 04 bisque.

3. Apply crystals evenly for a balanced look, or as desired.

4. Apply large crystals sparsely near the bottom of the piece to keep the crystals from flowing onto kiln shelf.

5. Fire to shelf cone 06.

6. Clean up with water.

Tips & Techniques
1. Clean brushes thoroughly. Tiny crystals cling to bristles and may appear on your next piece.
