PMC Flex Firing Tips: 700°C (1290°F) for 10 minutes 650°C (1200°F) for 20 minutes and 600°C (1110°F) for 30 minutes.
1. Forming
PMC Flex has excellent moisture-retaining properties, so it stays soft at room temperature and can be formed without haste. Molding complex shapes and impressing intricate texture are also simple. the material can be formed into extremely thin sheets and wires, and stays bendable until dried.
2. Heat Drying
PMC Flex is soft at room temperature, so to prevent deformation, it is dried by heating before firing. When using a toaster oven, the items are placed on a ceramic sheet and heated to 150°C/300°F for approximately 20 minutes
3. Firing
Firing yields silver pieces of 99.9% purity
