Parcel Freight

Delivery costs are estimated at the checkout at time of order. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ceramicraft will accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods lost in transit.

Fragile items, including ceramic and glass products, are inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no breakages. Ceramicraft takes great care packing fragile parcels, however, we are unable to take responsibility for damages during transit.

Ceramicraft utilises the services of third party parcel freight carriers, the best value freight service is quoted through the checkout

Bulky Items and Palletised Freight

For large or bulky orders, Ceramicraft will quote road freight via a third party for delivery to either the nearest depot to the customer OR direct to their door.

Where the facility for a mechanical forkilft unload is not available, a tail-lift vehicle will most likely be included for the delivery address provided. For this to occur, there must be suitable access for a truck to make the delivery, including a flat surface (e.g. concrete) for the courier to lower the tail lift of the truck and move the pallet jack on. If the circumstances do not allow for this service, or the customer instructs the freight company otherwise, additional services such as waiting time, hand unloading, futile delivery or redirecting to a different address attract additional fees. If charged by the freight carrier, these fees will be redirected to the customer for payment.

Customers are welcome to collect from their local freight depot to minimise delivery costs, or may arrange their own freight to collect from our warehouse in Bibra Lake WA.

Ceramicraft is a warehousing facility and we are unable to offer a counter sales service. All products are listed on our website and are updated regularly. Orders are made available for collection from Bibra Lake WA. Customers will receive an email once orders are ready for pick up. The invoice number must be quoted by the person collecting the order from the warehouse.
