Placing a kiln element Special Order
To ensure the correct elements are supplied, a photo of the kiln’s compliance plate is required when ordering.

- Clear image of the compliance plate
- Number of elements required and their position inside the kiln - this can be determined by referring to the wiring diagram for the kiln
- Address for delivery of the elements
Ceramicraft Customer Service will provide a quote for consideration. An order is confirmed when full payment is received
PLEASE NOTE: The lead time for production may take 2-3 weeks depending on the requirements. It is always a good idea to carry a spare set for your kiln, to minimize the impact of these lead times on your own firing schedule
