These handcrafted pottery paddles made locally in WA are great for altering wheel-thrown pots or for shaping handbuilt forms. Paddling allows for clay compression, giving the finished piece added strength and stability.
Crafted with care from high-quality solid pine, the edges of the paddle have been rounded and sanded smooth to provide a comfortable grip while working.
The slim rectangular shape of this paddle makes shaping corners simple and a hole has been incorporated into the handle for easy hanging and storage.
