The pyrometer arrived with a crack across its screen, but the team has been communicative and helpful in working out a resolution. The videos on the product page made it easy to set everything up with the thermocouple. I've now used it for a couple of firings and it seems to be working as it should.

Was advised as soon as the stock came in and the device was shipped promptly. Was well packed and looks like a good quality product. Haven’t had a firing yet but will see in the next few weeks how it performs. I’m feeling positive

Seems like quality. Instructions were lacking but it's not a complicated piece of kit. Would be great if it were a bit longer though. Still very happy with the entire kit.

This pyrometer is good for the price, it’s the second one I’ve had. However from the instruction book, it appears that it is supposed to register max temperature reached, but the book gives no instructions on how to do this. So, the pyrometer is fine, the instruction book is not.
