I have done about 50 mugs so far, all gone well, fairly simple to use, I do start the timer before I clamp, otherwise the temp drops and timer will not start till it is back up to temp!

Once you change the heat setting to Celsius, was super easy to use. Fast and efficient, perfect for doing mugs in quick succession
