Sort of lots like clear gloss paint with white sparkles in it. But when the light catches it you get a wonderful spectrum effect reflected back. Very pleasing. When painted over normal glitter the effects of both are enhanced even more. Easy to apply. Water cleanup of brushes but difficult to get all the glitter out of the bristles but it does come out. Great stuff, recommended.
