Unfortunately, I was caught in the middle of a warehouse move. My kiln arrived without a stand. Then I realized I didn't have a instruction manual & peek hole plugs. This meant I had to wait a while to get my kiln going. Jamaca was great to deal with. She sorted everything out, without any fuss.

This is my very first kiln and I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Cress ET18 Pottery Ceramics 73L Kiln and it was worth it! GOOD VALUE for money even with the extra expenses of shipping interstate, the cord, connection costs, shelves and stilts. I did choose to program the kiln with some help from an experienced potter. Be mindful when reading the instructions that the measurements are in imperial units. I have only fired my green-ware to bisque and this was successful. I'm looking forward to future firings. I would recommend this kiln to anyone who works with clay and is looking for a kiln, not too small and not too big

I had to wait a long time for this kiln due to Covid affecting transport systems. My old kiln was just worn out. This kiln is just excellent! It needed a cord attached and an upgrade on the house electrical system which was quite costly, but it was worth it. The kiln is really easy to use. The cone system is accurate (tested with witness cones) and very flexible. There is opportunity to personalise programs to include holds etc, but the beginner can get right to it with no problems or difficulties. The cost was good compared to Australian kilns, even with the cord cost added. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves clay.
